Got up early today and went to the Santa Monica Mountains. The weather was spectacular. Here are two shots from Piuma Road:

Right now it's a Hundred & Hell here in Kentuckiana (Most Transplanted Wisconsinites don't do well in High Heat conditions), & My Ole-Girl is still a mess from our run to Kentucky Speedway, So we aren't going anywhere this weekend.

Its too freaking hot to ride or do anything here in south FL....

 

That's why I got out early. No squids, cool temps, and few cops. Great ride. NOW I'm ready for my Gimlet. Hand it over!

 

Beefeater and Quiche? I feel compelled to buy you a drink and a real meal next time I'm in FL.

geez, I miss Santa Monica. The weather and roads are so nice there. Nice pics. Been stuck in the office on weekends more often than not, so keep the pictures coming, vicarious riding is better than none at all.

I'm thinking of starting a new website, myofficedeskworld.com. I can post pictures of my coffee pot, phone, secretaries, etc in trade for your riding pics.
