    Hi
As I live in the UK, there is no need for all the extra plumbing.
How do I go about removing it?
Are there blanking plugs available for the front cylinders?
I can live with it, it's just a pain in the arse to balance the carbs with it all in place.

you could go on ebay and buy the emissions stuff for cheap that your gona end up pulling on your bike, then you could cut off the pipes and have it plug-welded (this only applies if you dont wana wait) remove pipes/cut them/have them welded/re-install with old gaskets, not a problem.

Get some nice rubber plugs for your air-box and plug each side. Then finally, plug the two holes that are in your plenums where your carburetors are. thats pretty much it me thinks...I did it to my generation 3 bike and am very, very happy...

Its also nice to have that shite removed when you wana pull the carburetors (thanks Toe)...

The tubes on the exhaust ports need to be cut off and plugged, weld them shut or the other option is to cut the off with an inch or so of the tubing remaining and pinch the tube shut and fold it over. The carbs have 5 ports that need to be plugged, left front has an extra port on the left front of the carb and the rest are just above the bowls on each carb in the center. The goofy round valve on the right rear of the carbs below the air box has the float bowl vent on a larger hose and that is vented to atmosphere. The small hose coming from under the tank ,left front, is the tank vent and must be vented to atmosphere as well. I suggest venting the tank hose down with the over fill lines under the bike. Chuck what is left over in the trash.
