Wow, this stuff is great for anything needing lubing. Put it on our house door locks and hinges. No more squeaks and keys just glide in and out with ease! Gonna spray down the garage door and mmmm I'm looking around for something else. Oh, and it is a great chain lube for the VFR.

Forget it, Bunky !! You seem like a snake oil salesman.

There are hundreds of other products that do the same equally well, so are you a paid endorser or corporate shill ??

Something well established is that DuPont is a major environmental polluter and taxpayer-funded EPA superfund cleanup corporate criminal. Do a small amount of study and find out what kind of poison byproducts are produced in the manufacture of Teflon.

    We only have ONE planet.

Actually, while I'm not a tree hugger, Dupont is on my personal boycott list. The mess they created was right here in NJ.

I have a very good personal friend who purchased a house in Packanack Lake, NJ before the Dupont "discovery". It is now worth less than 1/3 of what he originally paid, and will probably never regain its value.

Duponts idea of fixing things was to install water filtration systems in hundreds of homes. "There, I fixed it".

That's funny Highway! And it was pretty funny with Squirrelman's comments/spelling!

As far as I'm concerned, ANY major brand company is probably doing some dirty shit to cut cost, increase production, etc. Not all of them get caught doing it. This by no means is me defending any company including DuPont for pollution of our environment, even if it is Jersy . Consider the fact that DuPont has been around for decades and makes thousands of, or has some of their product in thousands of different products. Boycotting the use of teflon is not going to put them tits up anytime soon. That and I ain't switchin back to cast iron pans, fuck that................

I hear ya, Metallican. And you're right.

To truly boycott them would mean a significant change in my lifestyle that I ain't willing to make! But I guess I have some self satisfaction of not buying a product specifically labeled as "Dupont", versus buying a product that contains something they've created (such as the pans, you mentioned).

I did not mean to dig at you in any way. I do actually respect those who stand up and boycott companies for being bad, especially when they shit in your backyard. My real point, that I think I missed, was that teflon is in so much shit that they ain't gonna stop makin it anytime soon.
