Getting close to my 15,000 mile service on my VFR and I am looking for a trusting no BS garage.
I live in Santa Clarita and last time I used the local Suzuki dealer which is now Honda they didnt change the oil filter. Which is what they were paid to do, and the reason I know this is because I bought this particular bike used brought it to them for an oil change and planned to change the oil 500 miles after them and when i did the filter was rusted on and needed to be destroyed to be taken off. Which means they didnt touch it the first pass around.

That is tough with a gen 6. All I can offer is that when you take it in that you request the clearance of each valve checked be documented. The most brutal of bikes to service and for the money you need to know they really checked them all. Would rather crash mine and collect the insurance money than check them again. Just kidding but not really.

Well, I live in Simi and have had Wheelsinmotion in Chatsworth off of Desoto do a few things for me on my 2002-the mechanic wrenches for Graves AMA team. Also I went by Thousand Oaks Motor sports and even though they sell Yami's and Suzuki's the mechanic there is a certified Honda mechanic---- they told me no prob workin on my sled

Honda of Glendale. Worth the trip.
Great rep, check them on Yelp. Family owned for 30+ years.
Just bought my bike so I've only been there once.
I dealt with Brian and it was a fantatsic experience. He knew somebody who totaled their bike and was going to try and get me some parts off of it for cheap, as opposed to paying Honda prices.
    Good people.
    And quick turnaround.
