Great job Reg. on the follow through with this. I know there's got to be a lot of interest, yet seems so many have issues, thisa should help out big time. On the 954 we have had issues with their rotors where the retaining washers pop off, good folks to talk too, but some times I get the feeling that's a place where the dog is chasing it's tail. Sheesh, though, I have to say that sure is a lot of parts just for something so simple.. Now where's the user report on how it feels after the fact.?? LOL was it really worth it?

yes, if you ever hammer the brakes hard. if you are just cruising or weekend riding and not having to really pound the brakes then maybe not... they really make a difference in feel, though. until you try them, it's just a bunch of words. after you try them, you really appreciate them. if you dont have them by the time you come through, you can ride my bike and compare...

I got my kit back from Galfer and now I just need to put my bike back together....oh now what parts went where?

For the bleeding, I purchased a metal pump rather than the plastic one....better longevity.

When you gonna have that back on the road? Looking forward to seeing that VFR at BN!

BTW, R.W. is looking for someone to help him out with his kit when he gets it!

Well she has been down since January with a headbearing replacment......and it has gone very far off course from there but the wallet hasn't followed along. So where do I pass the offering plate to?

I know R.W. has been trying....I keep working on it and have now enlisted the help of Tony. Hutch and I talked tonight there have been e-mails back and forth so I know it will happen soon!!!!! I can't wait for him to be part of the other family too.

I thought RW just got done paying someone to do the work for him? Did he buy something else? I would like to add the wave rotors but it may be a bit before I have any extra cash. the steel braided cables performed admirably for the track day, though. Galfer did a helluva job making my bike stop when needed... ( althought I admit I rarely use the brakes if I can help it )
