I got caught out in the rain last night. I was disappointed to find that even small puddles soaked my feet and lower legs.

Fendah Extendah is now on the way. Hopefully that solves the issue.

Another dumb thing on an otherwise great bike.

In the meantime I will take the CBR1100XX out in the rain. Why get the pretty V12 dirty and gritty when the ol' warhorse doesn't care?

I hope ya'll put some miles on your bikes this weekend. I plan a quick tour thru the mountains (stop at the brewery) and back.

    Good luck!

    ß!

Swampfoot? Was the puddle at least warm?

We're supposed to have some great weather here in the northeast - maybe low 80's by Sunday. Unfortunately, I have a wake tonight, a funeral tomorrow, and then gotta pack for a trip next Wednesday through Sunday. So I don't even think I'll get to enjoy this nice weather.

Crazy how short the stock front fender is. I bought a carbon fiber fender extender on Ebay (from Spain) for forty bucks shipped. A pretty nice piece and helps a lot.

Gees it's water... I get caught in the rain often the 1200VFR doesn't seem any worse than the 09 T100 or Harley but I'm getting tired of cleaning the rear end some type of guard might be in line. [IMG]
