Anyone tried performance cams or rollers?

    I'm having a good bike shop do my valve spacing. I figure I may get a faster cam or have them make rollers in the ones I got since its all gonna be out anyway. Anyone ever tried that before? If so, what was the HP gain / heat byproduct like?

    If the Honda race team never tried it on the RC 30, it's worthless.

    Stuff that works on big-block American cast iron does nothin on mc engines.

    Be cheaper to try Motuls 300V 4T Factory Line 5W-40 Racing lubricant once, they say it'll free upto 3% more power before figuring out the increase isn't really worth the extra money and someone here is bound to suggest trying SLICK 50.
