    Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you know that I emailed Competition Werkes and here is a copy of my request for a fender eliminator kit...

{Yes, we have one tentatively scheduled for March prototyping.

I wonder how they are going to proceed...? It'll be interesting to see what they come up with.

I would like that. The license plate and fender stick way too far out in the back. As you know, we can't just chop it up because the fender includes the hard bag mounts. D'oh!

    ß!

I'm trying to picture a scenario of how that could happen. Really lightly rear ended?

Thats good to hear since I guess it could have been alot worse. I can give you 20 bucks plus shipping for that old fender and it would only have cost you 380 bucks to fix

Glad you're ok! Here is a link to the new "fender minimizer" kit from Competition Werkes. I'm more interested in the GP exhaust they released. I hope to see a video with the exhaust in action soon...

So, basically they cut it, drilled a couple of new holes, and pulled the license plate light spacer out of it. I could do that in my garage quickly enough. I'd like to see them put some R&D into a real solution.

I don't even think they cut it... They just took it apart and put a triangular mount where it comes apart to mount the plate to. I was expecting something more also, but the gp exhaust made my day at least!
