looking for carb vacuum pistons

    i have a 1985 700. I need a vacuum piston for my carb.. this is proving hard to find and afford. let me know if anyone has an extra laying around!

    there used to be a bike shop in SLO that you could get just that kind of thing called bit's and pieces, but they sold out a couple years ago and the new owners got rid of all the old 'junk' inventory. now they just repair and sell older bikes. they might be able to help but it's a long shot.

    On a personal note, I don't deal with them as I find the new owners not to my liking. At least one of the guys that works there regularly is not the most personable and should be kept in the back in a dark, dark room.

    is that the inside slide w/the rubber on top?
    or is it a part of the choke?? here is a site to try.
