83 VF750 to 86 VF500 rotors?

Tried a search and came up empty so not sure if this has been asked. I'll start with why I ask, While searching ebay I noticed that the VF750 rotors front and back the had slotted groves in them. Now just looking at them I started to wonder if they would fit the VF500. I've noticed that the 83-85 VF750 look very close to the 84-86 VF500 so wanted to know if anyone has tried this.

So just to sum up, Will the VF750 brake rotors fit the VF500? And lastly would it even be any help to the brakes, or would it be just a cosmedic look?

 

I found the answer i was looking for and its no they will not fit.

The 500 uses 255mm discs front and back

The 750 uses 270mm discs front and 288mm disc rear
