New From Cincinnati First Bike

Hi just bought my fist bike monday 3/19/2012! 1995 VFR 750 with a lil over 40k miles! Awesome bike and the v4 and micron exhaust is sooo sexy! My daily ride is a 2002 honda civic si. I am an Engineering student at The University of Cincinnati. Feel free to ask any questions, and i look forward to receiving and sharing some great advice.

PS Iv noticed alot of vfrs have a "high rise" exhaust to show off the sexy swing arm! right now i have a micron slip on mounted in what i think is the stock location. How can i mod this to raise the exhaust or do i need to buy a different slip on?

 

Welcome.. I believe you need a new midpipe for the hi-mount effect
PS we need pics of your ride(s).

 

Ill be sure to do so when i get home for work! can i use the diff mid pipe with current slip on?

 

Just check midpipe diameter and make sure it will mate to current pipe..

If it's working right it's probably not OEM !

Seems to be working fine. Whats a good way to check with out taking all the plastics off? Check the volts when running?
