Hey everyone, Just picked up this beauty recently and subsequently found this forum when looking up information about it. Its a 1984 Vf1000f with 32k miles on it.

Just got done replacing/bleeding/flushing all fluids. The bike is in great shape and runs pretty strong but has a few issues, the carbs don't seem to be jetted right for the exhaust it has, the cam chain makes a good bit of noise when its cold, and It likes to get really hot when I've been in traffic in 80 degree weather the past few days. Already wired up a manual fan switch for it to keep it cool in stop and go traffic. Also replaced the coolant with 80% H20 and 20% antifreeze with water wetter in it. A top end oiling kit will be going on soon when I get the funds to order one.

I'm loving the bike, came from an '84 CB650sc to this and before that an '81 Suzuki GS450 and '79 Honda CX500.
