84 VF500F- petcock vacuum?

    What is the source of vacuum for the petcock? IOW, where on the motor or carb set or airbox is the location of the line to the petcock- Thx everyone

    At the side of the rear left head there is a small brass outlet next to the carb boot.

    Thx- and remember, pork is the other white meat- my tank has the vent and vacuum line looped as in the mod, so this may have been done- I have phillips head screws in all the carb balance ports, so no hose barb- since I drained the tank as soon as I pulled it, I will have to put gas in to check the flow-Thx again for your help- Scott

    Yea mine is looped. I actully filled my port with metal bond.
