    I remember reading that article about 6 years ago and looking all over for those purolators. Well, about 1 year ago my local Kmart finally got them so I bought all they had on the shelf. There are a smokin deal compared to K&N or OEM IF you can find them. I'm almost out, though so don't go to my K-Mart.

    Rustoleum Yellow Sunburst rattle can. You don't like the color your cowl is now so it can't get much worse if you just try something.

    I used this to cover a few scratched spots when I dropped my bike :mad: Plus, I didn't have the money to spend on a full repaint (and I'm still a novice rider: only 2+ years). I'm fairly anal too and it bothered me for a while but in natural light it's fairly imperceptible.

    Or just ride at night and hit the neon like I do!!!:cool:
