does any body know ware to find the Honda valve spring tool shown on page 97 in the Clymer repair manual? or is there something else i can use? since finding out I have low compression issues and piston , rings and cylinders are to specs there no other option but to do the valves. PLEASE HELP....Thank You in advance.

I'm looking for the valve spring compressor tool. have a home made one but is a pain to use. I took valves off of rear head and tried to use valve grinding compound put it back together put gas in them to check for leaks and they leaked guess it's time to take them to a machine shop and have them done.
You can only grind the seats. Have to replace valves because of the harden surface. You'll grind that off if you reface the valve. Get rid of that Clymer manual.
