Just signed in, living up in snowy Shelburne, Ontario. I can't wait for the warm weather. I currently don't have a VFR but looked at a 05,06 and 07 last weekend. My question besides the merits of ABS on the 07, what year did the ECU remap for the VTEC take place? 2006 model? Is this a big determining issue between a 05 or 06 ? Can the 06 ECU work in the 05? I know lots of questions already. Cheers.
other than some minor cosmetic changes the main diference between 06 &05 is 06 vtec kicks in a little sooner and smoother. I acturally like the way the 05 kicks in but then thats just my opinoin. someone posted a good comparison between the bikes thread ... differences between vfr... from a distance other than color its hard to tell the difference .......hope you find one before riding weather hits
