86 fake sand cast paint source??

    Anybody know where you can get this magical stuff?

    Local honda shop is useless..

    Im not sure if this is what you are refering to but what I have done for cases and covers is a 2 step proses. 1st use duplicolor performance wheel coating, silver or graphite (depends on the look you want) hold the can further away than you normaly would with spray paint and it will build a textured sand cast look,(it will take a couple time to get it) then wright away dust it with duplicolor engine enalmel universal gold. If you just want the color, not the texture use duplicolor engine enamal color cast iron dusted with universal gold again. here are some I have painted.

    I know-Old thread. Just trying to find out if anyone ever came across a paint to match the engine covers for the 86 F2. Thanks
