I just got this seat bag today, you can find it on their website, but I will post pics of it soon. In a nutshell:

    1. Their Service: I have NEVER had a better customer service experience. ever.
    2. Their Product: Looks- Superior Functionality- Terrific.

I would recommend this company and this style bag to ANYONE.

I have had one for about 5 years. The only thing I didn't like about it was the way it just collapsed when empty. I fixed it with a thin piece of plastic cut to the height of the zipper folded to fit inside holding the shape even when empty. It used to be red but it is now faded so badly, I wish I knew what could be done to restore the color.

I got one from my wife last year for Christmas and have enjoyed it so far. Mine is black with no fading so far but I do agree with it collapsing when empty. I have thought about getting that stuff like inside a camera bag to go around the inside for a little stiffening up. Otherwise a great bag that my helmet will fit in and you can lock it with a small lock made for luggage.

Warning: orders take much longer than promised.

After reading all the great reviews for Luggage Locker's Elite Sack, I ordered one on April 4th. I had first called the owner, Les, and asked if I would get it by the end ofMay as I have a trip planned in early June. He assured me that yes, I would, so I placed the order on-line.

3 weeks or so later I called him to follow-up. He assured me that he would be making the order with the person who actually manufactures them soon.

It's now May 27th - 53 days since I placed the order - and still nothing. At least he hasn't charged my credit card, so I haven't been ripped off or anything like that. I'm only dissapointed that I won't have the bag for my trip. In fact, I don't even know if the bag is coming at all.

Well the bag finally arrived in July - well past my trip in early June, for which I had been assured I would have it.

It is a good piece of kit. I ordered the waterproof version, which aside from the practical aspects, I think looks better. Ordering the black with red trim got me a bag that matched exactly my Sargent seat. It straps on to the seat easily enough. There are two extra straps with velcro at the front which purport to be for the grab handles, but for the life of me I can't figure out how they're supposed to reach them. In any case they appear to be superfluous as the bag seems to be secure with the two velcro straps that go under the seat.

The bag is large enough to contain a knapsack with my gym gear, not to mention the side pockets. In the picture below, the bag is holding my full faced helmet without any difficulty. My regular gym bag strapped on with bungee cords will hold much more, but for most rides the Elite Sack does the job and certainly looks much better. The Elite Sack and a good tankbag should be perfect for trips of a few days.

If you're tight for money, just use a gym bag with bungee cords. If you can spend a couple hundred dollars, and you can wait the several months it takes to get the thing, it's a great tail bag.
