Lane splitting looks Epically dangerous. :scared:

I know it's legal out there but I honestly don't think I could ever do it. My stomach gets all tied up in knots just watching you do it in your video.

I keep thinking to myself "What if at an inopportune moment someone decided to open their car door." :faint:

Wow, speaking of which, my friend....a cager, did that same thing, he opened his door to spit.....a motorcyclist literally almost hit him. But, now, it taught him, to always look twice now. He said he was scared more than the cyclist....he was shivering. But regardless, I do it enough where its almost the normal to me. But I always take extra precaution. The speed I was going was less then 5 mph, the fish lens makes things look faster than they really are.

 

Sorta reminds me of the time I got chosen for jury duty. Case was about a lawyer suing a city bus driver for taking his driver's side door off. The lawyer was one of those cocky young poofy haired three piece suit sleazebags who wore too much cologne,bus driver was an honest hard working elderly gentleman who'd been driving his bus for 30+ years and never had an incident.

During jury selection the judge actually asked each potential juror their thoughts about the case in open court. Most people were just saying that they'd try to keep an open mind. When it was my turn I calmly stood up and told the judge I thought that the douchebag lawyer was a total F'ing moron. He illegally parked his car in a bus stop during lunch hour traffic,then the dumbass musta had a deathwish or something because he just threw his door open without checking oncoming traffic first to see if anything was coming. I told the judge I thought it was the lawyer who should be paying the bus driver for the damage he'd done to his bus. Coulda heard a pin drop in that courtroom when I was done speaking.

That lawyer absolutely gave me the look of death while the judge was doing his level best not to laugh out loud. Needless to say I didn't get chosen for that jury.

 

If that was a true story I have to bring you out to lunch and tell me it in person lol

 

Scout's honor,absolutely true story. It was the first time I ever got chosen for jury duty.

Couldn't believe the outright audacity of that lawyer when the judge was outlining the facts in the case.

I'll bet my face literally musta looked like this while the judge was speaking. :jaw:

I was just one of the juror's who got picked from the jury pool to hear the case,but I didn't get picked to be one of the final 12 juror's who actually ruled on the case.

 

dang lol awesome, I gotta buy u lunch and hear it for myself...

 

Too bad Stosh. That would have been a great line to spill to the press "AFTER" you found for the Defendant.

I read through the local newspapers for weeks after that looking for any information at all about that case but never found any mention of it.

 

Brace - I've notice in a fair amount of your videos that you have a red light illuminated on the dash. When you gonna get that fixed. Its driving me nuts.

 

Jeez the nerve of you bringing good common sense into a court room, tried a google search on the off chance of finding out the result mind didn't find anything on your court case but did find this odd law unique to Wisconsin which must have been a problem at one time: :biggrin:

" In Wisconsin, during sexual intercourse it is against the law for a man to fire his gun whilst the woman is having an orgasm. "

 

Well all I can say John is at times we definitely can be a rowdy bunch of snowmen up here in the Frozen Wastelands. :lol:

To me its my blue light.....lol high beams...

As for the red light, I was riding in reserves several times...the reserve of the older vfrs is massive. 70 miles?! lol Not sure which video you saw it on but my video going to the hole in the wall burrito spot had the red light on the way home.
