    Greetings ,
Can anyone help?I have this annoying problem with my 2008 VFR.:frown:
It feels like patter but doesnt occur all the time, mainly when heeled over on the brakes in a right hand corner. Once it was so bad my headlight protector fell off and I ran the thing over!
I have checked balance and made sure the discs were floating on their retainers . I have cleaned pads calipers and bled the brake system but the problem still comes back now and again! Could it be related to the dreaded linked brake system ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards Kar raka:confused:

When mine felt that way under braking it turned out to be the steering head bearings. Get the front wheel off the ground and pull on the forks to see if there is any play in the steering head.

Thanks for the input Fredsncoma I did exactly that but found no play the bearings felt smooth too.
Went for a 700km blast on Sunday and felt pretty good .Checked the front disc pads when i got home and found that they are worn (38000kms) so I will change them and bleed the system.
Thanks again for the pointers, ride safe.
    Regards Kar raka:smile:
