SW Motec Alu Toprack not mounting up to 7th gen

I've just bought a Coocase and SW-Motec Toprack from Twisted Throttle to mount up to my brand new 2011 7th generation VFR800 but the mounts on the racks are about 3mm (about 1/4" for my Northern brothers) too close together to match up to the VFR mounts. Left rack just barely fits the left grabrail but no way going into frame mounts. The right one won't match grabrail or frame mounts with both bolts.

I've sent pics to TT last week who sent onto SW-Motec but haven't heard anything back yet. Anyone else have any issues with topracks fitting properly.

Any advice welcomed.

I've been a bit embarrassed to reply to this one......
Just needed to turn them around. Yes I had tried this but must have been having a really bad day then as just didn't match up then. All on now, with Coocase V36 Wizard and love the setup. Barely notice it back there even on windy days. No interference in mirrors, great addition to my commute and looking forward to overnighters with it.
