Clear clutch covers for 02-0 VFR's ???

So I've seen some of these see thru clutch covers on other bikes on youtube. Love the look & how it shows off the mechanical aspect of the motor. There is even a mod with LED lights (not to crazy about that). Does anyone know if these are available on the VFR's? Somehow if they do exsist I'm assuming it will come from Europe. I hella want one!! please advise LOL!

That's a pretty novel idea! I even kinda like the red LED lights for that bike , not mine. If i had a rashed clutch cover i would probably try to make one.

 

There is a guy over on VFRD who made one or two. I don't know if he is still making them.

 

Yeah, look up SEBSpeed. He's very handy with the tools and Honda bikes. Good guy too.

Dammit. That is a squidboy mod, but I also like it and I DO have a rashed cover. Hmmmmmmm........

I don't want to setup a membership on yet another site. Can someone ask Seb if he will sell just the plate, so that I could weld it on and powdercoat myself?

Anyone that is interested in having a cover modified can PM me.

Base price is $250 - this includes modification of your cover only. Cover will need to be repainted prior to being reinstalled, a new gasket is recommended and shipping is at buyer's expense.

The rings I have in stock fit all generations up to 6th; 7th gen has not been evaluated yet for fitment.

Sorry, I do not sell the ring sets separately.

BTW- somebody needs to sticky this mod under tech or 6th gen- it's a killer fix for a thrashed cover...
