Just picked up an 85 500 Interceptor last Friday for 400 bucks with a extra parts bike! Couldn't pass it up. Should have taken a picture to post before I took it all apart. Yeah it needs carb work and fork seals but I had to have it. I do have a question about carb jetting for the exhaust it has on it. The carbs have stock main and idle jets right now and there are F1 slip ons on the back. Just wondering if anyone knows what jetting works with this exhaust so I don't have to take the carbs on and off again and again. Thanks, will post pics when the bike looks like a bike again.
