Cool. Just be aware though that Road warriors is closed at the Mo. Maybe meet your mate at Pie in the sky up the road..

Its a shame as road warriors was a good spot for brekkie on the weekend..

Ya, I would love to retire in Auz, my bro moved to Wollongong years ago. I did a month tour back in 2000. I can just imagine riding all year around OMG I think it moved!
    LOL

I also have a blue VRF (2001 best year) Last bike was a DRZ400SM and before that was a 954rr. I had a 97 VFR before and the comfort and ability brought me back.

When I visited OZ 22 years ago, I saw the giant roo bars on the front of those collosal transports you call Road Trains, and thought, " what kind of chance does a bike have, if they gotta use those things?"

I also have the blue one, but it's a 2000 so the rims are black, which I don't really care for, so I'm having them powder-coated.

I can almost guarantee that the back roads haven't got any better in 22 years
But at least you know what to expect. Those big road trains don't worry me, its the logging & coal trucks. Mainly good drivers, but it only takes one cowboy.
