I live in New Orleans and frequent up into the Alabama, GA, TN hills every so often when I need to get out of the city. When it warms up (in that area at least), I will probably pop up there if you want to join. In the mean time, if you know anything nearby you or between you and New Orleans, I would always be up for riding with some other VFRs...

Sounds like a plan. Lot's of good roads here. Not much elevation change, but some pretty scenery along the coast.

Watch for the weather to break and we'll get together......

Well I rode 90 from Pensacola to NOLA a few months ago and got bored but I liked stuff a bit north of you in selma and above that and a bit to your west. It may not be too holly but real pretty...something not available around here. So, when it warms a little more we'll try and figure out a route...welcome to the vfr world!

AL 41 between Monroeville and Camden is good. Lots of good places to ride in northeast AL, in the foothills of the Appalachians. Cheaha is great and only about three hours from here.

Get over hear some this spring/summer, we'll take a look around.
