2011 VFR800 Burgandy Picture

Hey all I just ordered a 2011 VFR 800 in Burgundy :smile:. The dealer didn't have one on the show room floor to see it up close, does have a real life picture of one just so I can get my head around the colour etc, as they said they don't come in Candy Glory Red anymore, in Aust anyway, any help with this would be great guys cheers :wink:

 

Which stealership did you order it through? Whoever it is, they are idiots. CGR is burgundy.

In any case, any dealer worthy of the name would still be able to get you a colour scheme from up to three years ago. I recently bought a brand new 2009 black & white VFR...I just had to be very insistent about what I wanted.
Dealers will try damn near anything to get you to buy stock that they already have/that they've already ordered. They don't want to order a bike of a particular colour when they already have one of a different colour on the floor.
Stick to your guns and get what you want; it's your money!

 

Don't worry its all good with the dealer I wanted a CGR/Burgandy , but they just lost me when they said it only comes in burgundy now not CGR. I think another dealer has one in stock Ill head there today and have a look. There was limited edition black and white VFR on the floor great looking bike but the red with the gold rims sold me, cant wait a week to go.
