Cleaning the carbs on my 85 vf700f and decided to take a look at the diaphragms while I had the carbs off. This pic is probably the worst one: slightly deformed and warped. Should I replace them? A quick look for parts online and it doesn't look like anyone has any in stock. Where would I find a set?

    Thanks!

The diaphragm's are incredibly durable. Mind bendingly so. If it is not torn and functions like the rest you are good. Run it for a bit or a while and check it again if your worried. You will most likely find it and the others will look just fine after some use.

Yeh agreed wit dah Toe creature. If you got the carbs off the bikie you could blow air in the inlet and watch the slides rise. I have had friends that have used the gorilla snot (glue by 3M) with success to glue some tears, that was other peoples shit though...any-whooooOOO))0()((((......

If you have a torn diaphram it will never run right and probably will not idle correctly.
