Basically its a pretty quick mod which stops the cct plunger winding back either due to weak spring or spring failure. The VTR has the same cct issues and the vfr (chain driven cams!) so I thought I'd try it on my noisey Vtec. Worked a treat, I've never heard my engine so quite.
