    reg has a How To thread, I'm almost certain.

    anyway, there's an icon when posting. The icon is to the right of the fonts. When in youtube, right click over the video, select copy location, switch to VFRW, click video icon, right click, paste. Then submit thread and the video will be embedded in the thread
