A really nice 500 restoration.

    John over on the V4BBS is wrapping up his lengthy restoration and it has come out better than any I've seen on a 500. Not an exact factory redo but very tasteful. Not a single part was skipped in the refurbishing. Really, really nice.

    Frig, that's beautiful - What great detail!
    I like the way the front wheel is nuzzled all comfy into the carpet.
    Makes me wanna nuzzle my nose into...oh, never-mind.

    I think it's great when the 500 actually gets some attention. The restoration looks great. The white rims are the way to go. I did the same thing on my 500 and it really enhances the already great looks of the bike.

    Thanks, hop. I've been a member on the V4BBS site for about a year now. I have to fess up that I don't often visit the site. It looks like they have some interesting builds going on! Will have to stop in more often. ;-)
