Can 5th generation Helibars be used on 4th gen VFR?

Has anyone done this? The forks are both 41mm, but the locating holes are different. I've read on here that it's possible but the person never elaborated on it.

Heli is not a mega uber conglomerate. They make handlebars. As the bikes change they have a certain level of in stock bars. As time passes and there are fewer of certain model/year bikes, the company runs out of inventory.

The trick is to get past the chicas who answer the phones and talk to one of the owners or engineers. The chicas have the idea they are put on earth to protect the dudes who really know what is going on from we, the great unwashed masses.

Do I know the answer to the question? Nope, they do.

 

I shouldn't be so critical of the chicas. They have all the inside poop on the Kardashian crew and the real father of Justin Beiber's love child.
