1990 750F - See photo; bike just clicks when attempting to start. Clearly this connector is fried and I need a new one, but I don't know what its called to even begin looking for where to buy one. This is the main relay next to the battery under the seat. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Starter relay connector. They all suffer that failure.

I just cut the connector off and soldered new spade connectors on the end with shrinktube over the outside of each. Probably cost me about .58cent

One more thing - 50.00 is fine if I have to spend it - but would this get me by, or is this another connector? I have solid soldering skills, I'm just not familiar with the parts on my VFR :(

The R/R is a different connector but you should inspect that as well. The VFR is a great bike but these two items are the Achilles heel of the VFR for most of the generations. Can't win them all I guess.

mine ate the starter relay as well, did it when the R/R fried itself oot. Soldered four connectors on along with shrink tubing like above CO person did. New Starter relay, new R/R, stator is four years old or so. So far so Gud
