So I'm looking to ditch the OE blinkers, as one is broken, and the others, well they're bulky, and ugly, they do not compliment the looks of the bike well. Anyone got any pics of blinker mods? or Ideas or suggestions?

I grabbed some smaller LED one's off Ebay. It's a clear lens with amber LED's. They're bright but do require a different flasher or inline resitors. I went the flasher route.

These are right outta the Honda factory parts book
Stock on the 959 Hornet (so I was told by the previous owner).

Not too long, not too stubby, no-bouncy...they're bright and fit perfectly (in the case of the mounting bracket diameter & bizarre shape).

Looking for it...apparently from the factory CB900F parts repertoire - probably best to see a Honda dealer.

I just poked around and these are a little more square (but not as huge as the oldies) but still seem to have the oblique (dull-arrow) stem shape if that suits you.

On the other hand...The one's on this bike appear to be very close, but not identical...sorry, I just don't have any parts number for ya, mang.

Thanks, I'll take a look at the parts fiche.

To confirm the ones you have installed are OEM from a CB900F, AKA 919?

Could be missing something, but the stock 919s look different to my eye.

You can get shorter mounting stalks originally made for the VF 500 that improve the looks considerably.

I'd avoid any junk made in China or Taiwan as they are nowhere near the quality of the original Stanley units.

    No, man...your eyes are good.

I'm frustrated by the fact that I don't know the exact part number but had assurance from the previous owner of my bike that he sourced them directly from a Honda parts catalog at a local Powersports dealer...the best of his recollection was that they were from a 919.

Geeze, I wish I could help but think it's best for you to hit up a parts guy that knows his shizzle. I so dig the pointier-nature of what I have.

^ No worries and thanks for checking.

I have a hunch these are indeed aftermarket.

Imasen may manufacture in Japan and be up to OEM quality, but don't have the 411 on this.

This is for an '86/'87, but I use VF500 short stalks on the OEM fronts:
