Bushing/Spacer, Need quick answer

Hello,

I just bought some new tires (road attack) and while changing the front i lost the spacer/bushing on the left side of the bike. It must have fell out of the rim when i put it on the work bench and i have been looking for about a hour now with no luck.

The question is, is anyone able to get me some dimensions of this part? i just need to know if the inside dimension is the same throughout the lenth and also the total lenth.

Anything you can do would me great and really helpful. Thanks
