hey smoke, I'm down south , near Waldorf/Mechanicsville... I'll keep a look-out for VF500 plastics...I am building a VFR700, and have one to part out,also. The one with a good title, has a "homeboy" paintjob ... I like the OEM Honda colors/graphics just fine. Since I have it all apart, I might as well put it back pretty, like Honda-san intended from it's Nip-land origins ... too bad Honda/AMA has such a big hand in killing off 2t GP :frown: ...

I know they're out there, it's just that "some folks" in this area, are mistakenly under the impression, that I4s are the only way to move, or HDs. It's finding the old VFRs that is the trick, methinks... I know a gal, with 98 VFR, that has 95K+miles on the bike ! She loves it , and won't get rid of it...MSF instructor...I'm trying to get her out on the track @Summit Pt. on a RD350 ! More fun ,than should be legal, and un-taxed...
