    STEERING HEAD. That was easy

I got me a Cornwell 1 11/16, 3/4 inch drive, twelve point socket that I bought for three bucks that sat in my tool box for years. I recently replaced a transmission seal in a car and used the socket to tap the new seal in. Its way bigger than a 30 mm and larger than a 36 mm too  Do not call the socket police cause I dont wana be accused of mis-using and abusing TOOLS!!! (similar to using a screwdriver as a pry bar) Sometimes I do that

Couldnt resist commenting on dah socket thang.

I can only guess steering bearngs, or doing a clutch basket mod of some variety. those two are about all can come up with, unless you intended to do something involving a rear wheel.
