This is the John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline IL. It is to my understanding that all of the combines (corn bines, or bean bines) are made here.



behind the glass is a combine. This is the side of the visitors center for the harvester plant.

 

We believe you (al least I do)... through the window you can see a bit of green and yellow machine. Difficult to say what it is though

Next challenge?

 

Here in my neck of the woods, there are several companies that have headquatered here. John Deere, North American HQ for KONE elevators (formerly Montgomery Elevators & Escalators), Lee Enterprises (newspaper), Von Maur (high end clothes store), Hardees (Carl Jr's just about everywhere else). We all have our local power companies & water companies, I am thinking something that you have that nobody else has, for large companies. So, if you choose to accept this picture taking, go get it done!

 

If no one wins by the time the weekend comes I'm getting a shot of the Jack Daniels distillery....

The tread comes and goes. Seems alot of us are more busy lately & less time to run around and get pictures. I know we are...

Unfortunately no, I've been crazy busy. Makin that money tho! Not to worry, I will eventually make it there and have that picture. And in the mail this week: new leathers:tongue:

 

Nabors drilling, a large oil/gas drilling company servicing western Canada. (probably should of got a picture of the oil rigs and other equipment out back, would of been more interesting anyway)


New tag is a windmill. If you don't have windmills in your area then any sort of electricity generating facility will be fine.

 

MAN< I could get this one several times over if I wasnt working this weekend, I don't think my crown vic next too a wind mill would cut it....

 

so the next challenge is a picture in front of something someone else doesnt have in their area?
