Cut the fairing yet? Looks to be the trickyest part of this. Looks like modern art.

    My Uncle Ron Ayers

Well the box of goods arrived..........radiator on back order. That is a problem. I feel like my Uncle Ron touched me inappropriately. Lucky for me that Bweiss parks his bike in my garage, called him and got the green light to swipe his until mine gets here.

    Cogswell Cog's

Almost forgot to snap pic's today, giddy as a school girl. Installed the pulley on the crank and tensioned the belt and linkage. The kit came with this cool little belt tension tool .

That's a good trip for Bob. Don't forget the camera and you better throw in the pink eyelash curler my wife gave you on the last trip up here!

Well the radiator is a bigger problem than I thought (ESD 9/22/11). Will need to work on it more in the morning but I think I have it worked oot and will tackle that when I get home Tuesday. Can not swipe the one off Bweiss's bike until I have secured another to replace his. Started to put the bike back together, replaced the dash, taillight's (burn oot once a year like clock work) , and windshield. Filled the tank with required fuel and applied a few dozen zip ties and miscellaneous wiring covers as needed. Made a list of a couple of questions that I have for Dan in the morning. Looking a bit more like my bike again.

Looking good. Is the radiator mounted on the side on all the '07 models? I know you had to move it, just didn't know if it is normally in the front.

Is the supercharger unit plumbed into oil pump for cooling, or is it just a sealed unit?
I had a supercharged Goldwing a while back and it was worth every penny. Enjoy it responsibly.
Great thread and thank you for the effort

It has it's own oil tank mounted just in front of the air box with an inline mag filter.

Wow TOE, I have never got to see your bike in this much detail, it is truly a beauty. I love the 8 spoke rim, the ohlins, and now the SC! I am green with envy, but glad someone out there has the perfect bike coming along.

    Wow Toe,
I've been admiring these since Dan started development. Never thought I'd see one, and here you are building one up, here in my own back yard, so to speak. Great pics and commentary. Some day you'll have to let me take a look at it. Keep up the good work.
