I have the gerbings heated jacket liner, it works great and just it alone will allow you to ride in freezing weather. I was having a problem with the fingers getting slow after riding long in the cold so I just bought the gerbings G3 gloves and am looking forward to trying them out. As for the grips, there are many aftermarket elements you can put under your choice of grips like, Dual stars,Symtecs, etc. Do an internet search and I am sure you will find a lot of choices.

I know the VFR that rmcobb has listed for sale has heated grips. you could try a PM to him. You can't tell by looking that they are heat grips, though, which impressed me. The regular grips seem to fit right over.

There is also a Honda version, although for some strange reason, not imported to the US. I bought mine thru David Silver Spares over in the U.K.

For after market, I have used HotGrips in the past, and they worked well. If you go that route, somewhere on this site are good install instructions. So you could follow along if you aren't electrically/mechanically inclined.

I put oxford heated grips on mine, very good and do the trick.Easy to fit, wouldn't touch any other. John CARRs in Alfreton do them for £30 at the MO(Half price).

When its really cold -6 I put my handle bar muffs, double bubble screen is excel ant for keeping of the cold from your chest but great all round.
