    Hey guys

    First post on here

I currently own a yam r1 that i am selling cause the dam thing is going to kill me sooner or later.

Test rode a 99 VFR the other day and i was very impressed, I went there to test ride a FJR which i did, it was ok but nothing special IMO, then i seen this red VFR with two bros full system, corbin seat and in really good condition with 30k miles on clock.

Straight away it looked and felt a bit more special then the FJR, the sound the way it made and delivered the power I really was impressed with the thing, never really noticied them before.

I am going back for another test ride this w end to make sure but i thing i will be buying, the R1 is a great bike with serious power its a 04 model but i have had a few close ones at silly speeds so time to get rid, I know the vfr is not exactly slow but it seems easier to ride at slower speeds then the R1 and it does seem to have some go when you want it, I have also started going on longer trips and i believe the vfr will be better here then the R1.

The same shop has a 04 vfr also but i prefer the look of the 99, as i said it just seems a bit more special, am i crazy?

I will let ye know how i get on,

    Great site by the way.

Dude, I hope you decide on the 5th gen VFR. You will be taking the same leap I made six years ago. I am now
riding a 6th gen. Not that there is anything wrong with the fifth. I just like the feel (for me) of the sixth. Good luck.
