5-spoke 6th gen rear wheel> Why does it look off center?

Why does the 6th gen rear wheel look off center? I look at my wheel and its noticeable. When I look at pictures of rear wheels for the 6th gen in pictures I find on the internet, they all look off center. I'm sure that its drilled centered to the barrel, but the spokes look off to where the drill pattern is.

 

Reason is 4 bolts don't look center on five star rims look at car rims too they seem to have same problems

Some where in our mind we are trying to twist the four bolt holes to line up with the 5 spoke pattern.

I think you have nailed it. sure looks wierd in those pics.

personally, I think they look cool, but the offcenter look is a planned design intended to simply make people look. pretty sharp if you ask me.
