Went for a good ride this past weekend. It was our 18th anniversary, so me and the wife went from Red Deer to Edmonton to get our passports done. From there we went to Miette hot springs (just north of Jasper), back to Hinton for the night. Then we went south to Jasper, stopped at Sumwapta Falls and various other places, and stayed overnight at Saskatchewan river Crossing, and then back to Red Deer. (Affectionately known as the loop). Beautiful scenery, nice roads, and we missed the rain. Road pics and video courtesy of my wife. She had the camera while I was driving. My Interceptor performed flawlessy, with the only casualty being a stretched chain. (it's due for replacement anyways). Loaded down with our gear and ourselves, we were 460 kg (just over 1000 lbs). Still had lots of power for passing in top gear and chances for an impromptu visit from mr RCMP. (luckily, I avoided that). My only question is: When can I do it again???? It was tons "o" fun, if you get a chance to go there, I highly recommend it.
+1 Thanks for sharing. It just warms my heart to see pics of one of those old Veefers still in action.
