    Hey all-

Just thought I'd say hello & post a pic of the reason I'm here....

I've got a feeling most of you will recognize this bike, as it's been well published (Red Rider magazine, and the '09 calendar from right here). I just purchased it from a fellow rider here in NC this past weekend who put on all the custom touches and meticulous detail, and I'm excited to learn more about it!

I've been riding 21+ years, & have had everything from old 70's Honda's to new Harleys. I've always wanted one of the old Interceptors from the 80's, but by the time I could afford one they were pretty much all used up. Then along came this beauty! BYE-BYE my old ZX-11, and HELLO NEW SEXY INTERCEPTOR!!!!

    And here she is.....

Ya'll feel free to share whatcha know about my new toy!

I do understand love and romance, Gordy, but have you ridden any bike made in the last 5 years ????? Then you'd have an idea what an antiquated old slapper any bike from the early 80s really is.

I also spent sometime at Fort Bragg in the 82nd (HMSC 782n Maint. Bn,)a loooong time ago, bought my new 84 650SC at the honda dealer there.....lived in Raeford and rode often around the area.

Welcome and thanks for your service.

    Airborne!
