Hi all, sorry to ask such a basic question, but my dad owns a 93 VFR that has really poor brake lights, so I bought some news ones for him as a surprise. I want to install it without his help, but Im having trouble.

I got the two side lights/reflectors off but Im having trouble with the main piece. I undid the two screws underneath the base of the light, but it feels like something is still connected and Im afraid Im going to brake something.

Can someone type out the process for me, or direct me to a how-to thread? Thanks a lot-

i just had mine off but cant quite remember. Think there was some screws underneath. Best bet is to take the whole back off. Are we talking new bulbs or new lens? You can just polish up the lens with Mequiars ultimate compound to make it better than new.

    not much help but welcome!
