Do you hear the fuel pump priming when you turn the key to the on position?

The relay under the seat next to the battery. i like spliced the wires and took off the red plastic terminal connector and directly connected the wires to the corresponding terminal. idk the correct terminology. basically the wiring was faulty on the green wire. just spliced it and gave it a new connector. i think the green wire is for the fuel pump. hence the bike dying after one second. only got the initial first turn. pretty much all electrical problems. just need to make sure connections were clean and with good contact. hope that clears it up. if anybody has the same problem i think its not the fuel cut off relay... i replaced that with like any one of the 4 or so starter relays didnt do anything.
