I've had my stock RC36 for a while now and after perusing all the similar machines on here I have found I quite like the look of the "chopped" rear mudguard, exposing the rear wheel and giving it a more agressive look. What I want to know is how much of a soaking will I (or the occasional pillion) get when the road is wet?

I took all of that off and quite like it with no real downside but I dont ride to much in the rain. All that is left is about a half inch at the very back to mount the plate. Added a LED plate light under the stock tail, this allowed me to remove that huge old style plate light,

Me too. With my new license palte holder and inspection tag plate angled out at about a 45, never been a big problem. Then again, it only rains here once a month or so.

Mod done and happy with it. Had to get a new reg plate as the one on it was the original which was a big square ugly thing. Much tidier now and looking super sexspeedilicious. It rains alot here but I'll just deal with it if I get wetter!
