That cousin humping douche bag needed a high end....top shelf ass kicking.....possibly the previously stated ass raping with a farm animal. I would have never called law enforcement.

Then you could make him tie his muscle shirt in a knot in the front, put his hair in pigtails, take some red paint and put red circles on his cheeks, dab a little on his lips, add a little glitter in his hair, and trade him for smokes down on J Block at the Men's Colony where you'd be serving your time for aggravated assault. :joker:

    Two talking points gents:

    1. What would have happened if any of those three were packing.

    2. Seems obvious to me this isnt the first experience Billybob has had with sportbikers.

Hmmm........ I dunno Bear I guess I'd have to say that before you can go pointing the finger at someone else and giving them the stinkeye, first you should be playing by the rules yourself.

I mean the video does show that the guy in the pick-up truck is a total asshat, but it also does show that the lead rider isn't totally blameless here and he doesn't exactly come off smelling like roses either.

Bottom line, you can't excuse the conduct of the guy in the pick-up truck. That $hit was just fockin' stupid. But by the same token you can't really feel sorry for the lead rider either,he provided the spark that started the fire. It was his illegal move that started this whole stupidity in the first place.

I have had too many friends die on motorcycles to watch this. I'm beggin ya. When you see something like this, pull over and try your best not to get run over. Then turn around!

We ride hard and sometimes we ride hard right by someone's house and then sometimes we ride hard right by someone's house and that someone is supremely pissed (for whatever reason)

I would hope that other riders would stop at the first hint of this nonsense and save the risk to the vehicles in the other lanes as well as some poor dude out to grab his mail

Hmmm, first thought. Well, the first thing that I actually thought was "I hope that idiot in the truck doesn't slam on his brakes..."

Second thought; "I hope that ATV (or whatever it was) doesn't come loose."

Third thought; this isn't going to end well... (Ended much "better" than I expected actually.)

Final thought; this would never have went on this long had I been on that first bike; I would have gotten enough of a lead I could stop, flagged him down, waited for my friend with the video to get lined up, softly (so as not to get picked up on the video) goaded him into swinging whatever he had in his hands; then preceded to beat him senseless with the extendo-baton I always carry when riding; in self-defense, as evidenced on the video... (Video never lies, right?)

    There you go, my thoughts.

Either Rider 1 can't ride for shit, or he wasnt really trying that hard to get away, or strapping a four wheeler into the back of your old F150 makes it handle like a Porsche. If the latter is the case Im gettin me a four wheeler tomorrow.

Since I have yet to pass the bar exam and try any cases I will defer to others on whatever legalities may be involved here.

BillyBob probably lives on a road where sportbikers have been waking him and his sister's babies up and he's tired of living on a racetrack.

Billybob probably doesnt know it, but he dodged a bullet that day, and next time he may literally have to do just that, since that part of the USA works under the "shall issue" philosophy of concealed carry firearm permits.

Billybob does a helluva job when it comes to securing cargo, he must have loadmaster training.

He's somewhere right now telling his buddies how he backed two sportbikers off with a tire iron.

I will look around and see if there has been any cop involvement in the aftermath

Would be wishing for ballbearings in my pocket. Close call fer sure, been there done that, No ball bearings at the time either evil  and as far as DOUBLE YELLOW LINES go, we dont need no stinking yellow lines!!! if its a safe pass and theres no swines around, me crosses em every time. You should see how they ride/drive in Germany. And dont go saying, this aint europe.

If you dont watch after ur own arse, nobody is gona look after you. My own safety comes first and everyones comfort level is different. Its like that bumper sticker/helmet sticker says, "SHUT UP & RIDE." Me just got ones that say Badass and FTW...Cheers

Also, I got a mantra, goes something like this, "Let dah Arse Holes Go." That guy woulda been a waste of my 9mm round and then I would have to do 10 years for his sorry arse. Some things are hopeless and its best to go on to the next point, as in game point. I aint the defender or the enforcer, but people still call me SIR. Stay focused on ur chit.

Actually, Germans DON'T drive like maniacs & cross the yellow lines at will. I lived there for 5 years. Germans are probably the most disciplined and controlled drivers I've ever seen & I've been all over the planet. I'm sure there are the exceptions to this rule like there are to every rule, but Germans don't drive like idiots. In fact, Germans make fun of most other drivers because for the most part the German could outdrive them at will.

And, please don't reply: "Germany has no speed limit". Yes they do. In fact, less than 10% of the Autobahn is unlimited. For the rest of the country, you get caught speeding, you ARE GETTING A TICKET. There is no negotiating with the Polizei.

    KC-10 FE out...

This showed up on our local forum as well, apparently happened in Northern KY. Just saw that they arrested the hilljack for reckless op, DUI etc.
wow... redneck tries to kill biker.. - Ohio Riders Motorcycle Forum
Reading through the thread, VFourBear you're right, looks like this was in a popular riding area where the locals are tired of 'crawtch rockits' riding race pace, loud pipes, passing over double yellows, etc. & there was a reference to a local sheriff telling someone he'd run them off the road himself if he saw them passing over a double yellow again (Wow).
Certainly doesn't excuse hillbilly bob from trying to kill them, and I agree with Toe that repetitive ass-rapings should be in his future.

    Agree.

Except for the odd clueless East German or Eastern Europeans transiting German roads their drivers do drive exceptionally well on the Autobahns even if they have a predefined pecking order of Importance when blasting in the Fast lane but things must have changed since '95 when I was last driving the Autobahns when it seemed most of the major Routes were unlimited except where you dropped to 120kph limits towards the off ramp exits to the biggest town in the world "Ausfahrt".

That particular road likely has not been surveyed for years. The double yellow was probably to keep the tractors from wiping out one another. Many states have regulations that mandate a slower vehicle pull over at the nearest access and allow faster traffic to progress. Impeding the normal flow of traffic is also an offense.

IMO we should petition the State of Kentucky to A: Keep all those damn foreign Ohio fag hippy bikers to home or B:, make ol' KC and Crusty the local popo's with unlimited power. Eeek!

    Typical redneck for sure.

I don’t think I can add anything that hasn’t already been said as we can all agree the truck driver was wrong. Doesn’t take a genius to know that. However, V$ is bringing up so interesting ideas with regards to sport bike riders using public roads or a particular public road as a speed track.

When a culture or subculture does something, or behaves in a particular manner in a area were the locals are not part of said subculture. The likelihood of drawing ire is pretty high. The problem then is what local, who is a loose cannon, will be in the right spot at the right time. One thing to always remember about rednecks is they are never wrong. Even when they are wrong they are not wrong in their own eyes.

    Example:

Me: “Why did you take a swing at that cop”?
RN: “He had an attitude problem”!
    Me: “Really? What happened?”
RN: “He had an ATTITUDE PROBLEM!”
Me: “No, I heard you the first time, just what did the cop do to set you off that bad”?
RN: “I didn’t like the way he asked for my driver’s license man!”
Me: “So what you are sayin is he came off with the young just out of the Marine Corp type cop attitude”?
RN: “No, he was an older cop, but you know how those pigs can be, pulling you over for no good reason, buttin into your business just to make money off tickets”.
Me: “So what are you charged with”?
RN: “Assaulting a cop, resisting arrest, DUI and something about poaching deer cuz I had my .30-30 loaded and on my lap with my spotlight too, but I ain’t seen no deer that night so that charge don’t make no sense and is BS like the rest of it”.

I rest my case your honor.

As a side note, if you talk to anyone who has ridden for a time they all have stories like the one the video showed or something similar. Back in 1999 ridding around on my first bike (1980 Kawasaki 440) a group of teenage boys in a car thought it would be funny to throw a glass vodka bottle at me. To say I handled it poorly would be an understatement and I highly doubt those kids will ever throw a glass bottle at anybody again as a result, but the situation was out of hand and the truth is it really could have gotten bad. I know most people would agree I had a right, responsibility, societal obligation to tear up their car and them if they would have gotten out instead of hiding in it. But looking back I really handled it poorly as if I could have physically touched on of those teenagers I probably would have hurt them to a level that would seriously alter my life. Outside of my experience I know a guy who got run off the road on his scooter by a couple of rednecks in a truck, beers in hand as the slammed into his side and knocked him off with laughter and comments to boot as he crashed. Got hurt pretty bad too and the rednecks were never caught.

As KC said, glad the riders kept their cool and called the cops. Now the real question. Did the redneck really get charged with all the things people are posting on the web??? Validation please.

    BZ

At least we don't have to worry about the harleydoods on that road.

Bear knows where the road is so the jurisdiction should be easily found. The charges are public record. Probably can get good deal on a pickup and an ATV about now..

He may have shot Captain America and Billy too..;)

It will be a sad day when I need to have on hand ten pounds of shit to throw at idiots, my pistol, my extendo baton, and whatever other Green Hornet Batman shit I need to do to my bike to keep myself alive just to go for a ride.

No one wants to really say it, and it IN NO WAY WHATSOEVER EXCUSES BILLYBOB'S BEHAVIOR, but the fact is, sportbikers overusing this particular stretch of awesome road, obviously heavily populated by locals, and acting like it's a racetrack is the underlying cause.

Soooo.......since thats been established, there are number of ways to approach this type of thing:

...fuck em, I pay for the roads like everyone else, whatever I do is whatever I do, dont like it , dont get in my way, you do, we fight

...maybe I should watch out when an obvious local is ahead of me and not buzz his door

...perhaps I should find somewhere else and avoid this spot since its really become hot lately

    ...ride like an old lady

....start going to the track more when I feel like going fast

,,,give up and buy a cruiser bike

Did not know the outcome as far as law enforcement getting involved, I did see in the comments section of the photobucket post that there had been some arrest made, but thats interwebz stuff so credibility may be suspect.

That stretch of road is know here in Louisville, and some folks on the local sportbike forum have and do ride it. There are a couple loops here locally that pretty much kick ass even better than that loop, and theyve become hot as a result. As in one of the locals on one of the well known National Park loops is the wife of a circuit court judge and recently got buzzed by four or five sportbikers doing triple digits and mentioned it to hubby, who of course mentioned it to the local sheriff and.......you get the drift.

You guys be careful out there, we dont live in a vacuum.
