I read somewhere that the stock size for a 6th gen is 530-110 and according to sunstar's website they call for a 530-120 size chain for a 6th gen, what is the right size?

Also any recommendation on front and rear sprockets replacements? Is the front sprocket worth going OEM to have the damper?

    530/110 is right.

I am thinking of going with a D.I.D 530-110 VM chain and was wondering if it's worth it to go with an oem front sprocket? Is it alot quieter with the damper than an aftermarket sprocket?

I have yet to have need to replace sprockets - for the front i know many just find one and toss it on - there's no need for OEM I don't believe.

DID is a good choice do recommend to replace the sprockets and chain at the same time. Worn sprocket will kill your new chain.
