Just curious if anyone here has been to Americade and if so, what they though of it? Interested in the pros & cons. Am thinking of going this summer for at least part of it. I've never been to a motorcycle event like this before.
Guess no one here has gone. I'll be heading there this summer for a few days - June 6th to 9th (Monday to Thursday). Going with a few people from work (me on my VFR, the others on a Harley, a Suzuki Bandit, and a Kawasaki Voyageur). Looking forward to the road trip through the Adirondacks. Will post a review when I get back.
I was there years back once. I happened to be on my own trip and came in to town when the Americade was there. Just another big (land yatchs) bike ralley. There area on the other hand is great! imho
Yes - if nothing else, I'll be able to familiarize myself at a basic level with the area for future trips outside of the rally. As you say, I hear that the area is great for riding.
