I ordered one of these cheap mufflers on ebay with low expectations and my expectations were met
It is actually pretty well made to look at and very light and I thought for a 135 bucks I would run it in place of the stock muffler on my number 2 vfr which is my get to work bike. The connecting pipe is oval and 51-52mm depending on where you measure it and the ID of the muffler (once you clean up the weld ) into which it is supposed to slide is 50.5mm.
With a large amount of mucking around I will get it to fit but if you expect to buy one of these and just bolt it on forget it.
I have contacted Danmoto to see what they say and will post the result later if they get back to me.
If I get the thing to fit I will post a photo and maybe a youtube video.
I am thinking it would be very loud.

I cheaped out on my pipe, I got the delkevic one for 155 shipped and couldn't be happier. Nice and mellow with the db-killer in and aggressive with it out. Post up some pics of this pipe.

Why not take the can to a muffler shop and expand the pipe end a little bit more to slip over your main pipe instead of inside it. Would that work?

It's definitely looks different. Unique...but it's not bad looking.

    Looking forward to hearing it.
